Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CaseOrbit AI operated by Junes Legal Services, Inc. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the CaseOrbit AI platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CaseOrbit AI is a cloud-based legal case management platform that provides matter management, deadline tracking, document storage, billing, analytics, and related services for legal professionals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CaseOrbit AI to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ethical rule of professional conduct
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the platform in a manner that exceeds your subscription plan's permitted usage
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without express written permission

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

6. Intellectual Property

CaseOrbit AI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Junes Legal Services, Inc. You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.

7. Confidentiality

We acknowledge that information stored in CaseOrbit AI may be subject to attorney-client privilege or other confidentiality obligations. We treat all matter data as confidential and maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements.

8. Data and Backups

We maintain regular backups of platform data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from your actions, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNES LEGAL SERVICES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data export requests must be submitted within 90 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York County, NY, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice via email and in-platform notification. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
